Over the past six months, I have spent countless hours listening to podcasts and have come to the realization that successful business owners are just regular people. Regular people with an incredible work ethic and big goals. They may earn 1000000x more than I do, but their job is not necessarily any harder. We all have the same 24 hours in a day and many of them are around the same age as me. So I CAN DO IT TOO.

After a lot of pivots, I have set a clear goal for myself: to build a company and sell it for $100M. I will not be taking any VC investments, so all of the exit money will be mine after paying taxes. Once this is over, I’m planning to hold all that money in stocks, bonds, and real estate. I’ll use 4% of my funds annually for investments and lifestyle expenses. With all those investments and time for compounding, $1B isn’t that far away.
